검찰 관계자는 “피해자들의 2차 피해를 방지하기 위해 구체적인 범죄 혐의는 공개하지 않는다”며 “공소 유지에 만전을 기하는 한편 디지털성범죄에 엄정 대응하고 피해자 보호와 지원에 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.

앞서 지난해 6월 자신이 황씨의 전 연인이라고 주장하는 인물이 사회관계망서비스(SNS)를 통해 황씨의 사생활을 폭로하는 글과 영상을 올려 파문이 일었다.황씨 측은 신원미상의 유포자를 고소했으나,이번주로또예상번호경찰 수사 과정에서 해당 인물이 황씨의 친형수 A씨로 밝혀졌다.
