은행·보험 등 가계대출 증가세…여타업권 수협빼고 모두 감소

금융당국,2024년 6월중 가계대출 동향

[금융위원회 제공] 금융권 가계대출이 계속 불어나고 있다.지난달 가계대출은 주택담보대출을 중심으로 올들어 최고폭 증가했다.은행과 보험업권의 가계대출이 늘었다.여타업권이 대출을 줄인 상황에서,이들 업권은 공격적인 영업을 이어간 셈이다.

금융위원회가 10일 공개한 '2024년 6월중 가계대출 동향'에 따르면 지난달 전금융권 가계대출은 4조4000억원 증가했다.앞서 전월(5월) 가계대출은 주담대를 중심으로 5조3000억원 늘었고,이같은 흐름이 6월에도 이어졌다.

대출항목별로 살펴보면 전금융권의 6월 주담대는 6조1000억원 늘었다.올들어 최고폭 증가한 것이다.주담대 증가폭은 1월 4조1000억원,파워볼 이미지2월 3조7000억원,파워볼 이미지3월 200억원,파워볼 이미지4월 4조1000억원,파워볼 이미지5월 5조6000억원,6월 6조1000억원 등이다.반면 기타대출은 1조7000억원 감소했다.

지표는 은행권 주담대가 밀어올렸다.6월중 은행권 가계대출은 6조원 증가했다.전월(6조원)과 유사한 증가폭이다.

은행 주담대는 6월에만 6조3000억원 늘었다.은행 자체적으로 4조원이 불었고,디딤돌·버팀목 대출도 3조8000억원 증가했다.보금자리론 등은 1조5000억원 줄었다.이중 은행 자체적인 주담대만 놓고 보면 6월 증가폭은 전월 대비 5000억원 많은 수준이다.

여타 금융권의 6월 가계대출은 보험과 수협만 빼고 모두 감소했다.제2금융권 가계대출은 분기별 부실채권 상각 등의 영향으로 총 1조6000억원 줄었다.7000억원 감소했던 전월 대비 그 폭이 확대된 것이다.감소폭은 상호금융권 1조원,여전사 3000억원,파워볼 이미지저축은행 3조원 등이다.보험과 수협(상호금융)은 각각 200억원씩 증가했다.

금융위 관계자는 "정책성 대출과 은행권 주담대를 중심으로 가계대출 증가세가 지속되는 가운데,향후 금리·주택시장 등 거시경제 여건에 따라 증가폭이 확대될 가능성이 있다"면서 "가계대출 증가율이 GDP 성장률 범위 내에서 관리될 수 있도록 스트레스 DSR 2단계를 9월부터 차질 없이 시행하는 등 긴장의 끈을 놓지 않고 세심하게 관리해나갈 것"이라고 말했다.
