[서울=뉴시스]김래현 기자 = 고위공직자범죄수사처(공수처)가 이재명 전 더불어민주당 대표 흉기 피습 사건 당시 현장을 보존하지 않았다는 의혹을 받아 온 경찰 관계자들에 관해 불기소 결정을 내렸다.

13일 법조계에 따르면 공수처 수사2부(부장검사 송창진)는 최근 옥영미 전 부산강서경찰서장과 우철문 부산경찰청장을 불기소 처분했다.

앞서 민주당 당대표정치테러대책위원회(위원회)는 지난 2월 옥 전 서장과 우 청장을 증거인멸 혐의로 공수처에 고발했다.

위원회는 이 전 대표 피습 직후 경찰이 현장을 보존하지 않고 페트병으로 물청소를 한 것이 범행 현장 훼손이자 증거인멸이라고 주장했다.
