대우건설은 10대 건설사 중 3개사가 컨소시엄을 꾸려 공급하는 초대형 브랜드 단지‘산성역 헤리스톤’(조감도)의 견본주택을 지난달 28일 오픈하고 본격적인 분양 일정에 들어갔다고 1일 밝혔다.

경기도 성남시 수정구 산성동 1336번지 일대에 산성구역을 재개발하는‘산성역 헤리스톤’은 지하 6층 ~ 지상 최고 29층,프리미어프로 렉45개 동,4개블록,총 3487가구 규모다.

분양일정은 1일 특별공급을 시작으로 2일 1순위,3일 2순위 청약을 진행하고,9일에 당첨자를 발표한다.정당계약은 7월 22일부터 26일까지 5일간 실시하며 입주는 2027년 12월 예정이다.

산성역 헤리스톤의 평균 분양가는 3.3㎡당 평균 3500만원이다.계약금은 10%이나 1차 계약금 2천만원만 있으면 계약할 수 있고,프리미어프로 렉1개월 뒤 1차 계약금을 제외한 나머지를 완납하면 된다.중도금 대출도 이자후불제를 적용해 초기 부담금을 확 낮췄다.

산성역 헤리스톤이 위치한 성남시는 비규제지역으로 거주의무기간이 없으며 전매 제한은 1년이다.

산성역 헤리스톤은 강남 및 분당,판교가 가깝고 위례가 인접한 지리적 이점을 가지고 있다.주출입구 회전교차로의 막힘없고 효율적인 차량 동선과 택배차량 진입이 가능한 2.7m의 지하주차장 층고,프리미어프로 렉세대당 1.3대 이상의 여유로운 주차공간 등이 돋보인다.시원한 폭포가 흐르는 석가산,프리미어프로 렉아이들이 안전하게 뛰어놀 수 있는 어린이 놀이터 등도 조성된다.

실별 온도 제어 시스템,전기차 충전설비,프리미어프로 렉불필요한 전력을 차단하는 대기전력 차단장치 등 에너지를 절감할 수 있는 친환경 그린시스템이 적용된다.
