재판부는 손앤풋볼리미티드가 아이씨엠에 1심 재판부가 인용한 2억 4천767만 원을 포함해 광고 계약 정산금 4억 4천만 원을 지급하라고 판단했습니다.

그러면서 아이씨엠 측이 요구한 손해배상금에 대해서는 "원고 측 귀책사유로 신뢰 관계를 깨뜨려 계약이 해지된 것으로 보인다"며 받아들이지 않았습니다.

앞서 손흥민은 2019년 11월,시티 벳신뢰 관계가 남아 있지 않은 것 같다며 아이씨엠 대표 장 모 씨에게 계약 해지를 통보했습니다.

10여 년간 손흥민의 국내 활동을 대리한 장 씨는 2019년 회사를 매각하는 과정에서 손흥민과 갈등이 생긴 것으로 알려졌습니다.

장 씨는 계약 해지를 두고 손흥민의 전속 매니지먼트사인 손앤풋볼리미티드를 상대로 정산되지 않은 광고 대금을 물고 일방적 계약 해지에 따른 손해배상을 하라며 소송을 냈습니다.
