올해 500대기업 대표이사들의 평균 연령이 4년 전보다 1.1살 많은 59.6세로 집계됐다.

3일 기업데이터연구소 CEO스코어(대표 김경준)가 500대기업 가운데 대표이사 이력이 조사 가능한 405개사를 대상으로 분석한 결과,2018 월드컵 감독올해 기준 대표이사의 평균 연령은 59.6(528명 평균)세로 집계됐다.이는 4년 전인 2020년 58.5(531명 평균)세 보다 1.1세 늘어난 수치다.

60대 대표이사의 비중이 50대를 초과하는 '고령화' 현상도 뚜렷했다.4년전 과반을 차지했던 50대 대표이사는 68명 줄어든 211명으로 전체대표이사 가운데 40%를 차지했다. 반면 같은 기간 60대 대표이사는 186명에서 257명으로 71명 늘었다. 60대 대표이사 비중 역시 35%에서 48.7%로 증가했다.

이 밖에 30~40대 젊은 대표이사는 35명(6.6%)으로 4년 전보다 6명 줄었으며,2018 월드컵 감독70대 이상 고령 대표
이사는 25명(4.7%)으로 4년 전과 비슷했다.
서울대 출신 대표이사도 줄었다.서울대 출신 대표이사는 전체의 21.4%(113명)로 4년 전 25.4%(135명) 대비 4%p(22명) 감소했다.하지만 전체에서 차지하는 비중은 여전히 가장 높게 나타났다.

이어 고려대 출신 대표이사는 12.1%(64명),2018 월드컵 감독연세대 출신은 12.1%(64명)로 4년 전 대비 각각 0.8%p(4명),2018 월드컵 감독2.9%p(15명)씩 늘었다.

그 외 출신 대학으로는 한양대(23명),성균관대(20명),부산대(19명),2018 월드컵 감독서강대(19명),한국외대(15명),인하대(11명),경북대(8명) 등이 있다.

외국 대학 출신 대표이사는 2020년 8.5%(45명)에서 올해 10.2%(54명)로 1.7%p(9명) 늘었다.

고졸 출신 대표이사는 2020년과 2024년 모두 3명으로 집계됐다.
