인사혁신처는 어학성적을 최대 5년간 사용할 수 있게 관리하는 '어학성적 사전등록 서비스'를 '사이버국가고시센터'에서 '통합채용포털'로 옮겨 제공한다고 15일 밝혔다.이 서비스는 공무원 채용시험의 어학시험 성적 인정기간(5년)보다 자체 유효기간이 짧은 영어와 제2외국어(2년) 등의 어학성적을 기간 만료 전 통합채용포털에 등록해 최대 5년간 공인성적을 인정받을 수 있도록 해주는 것이다.

그동안 공무원 채용시험에 응시한 수험생들은 사이버국가고시센터에 어학성적 1개만 등록할 수 있었지만,pc방 토토 신고통합채용포털에서는 어학성적의 종류와 종수에 상관없이 복수로 등록·관리를 할 수 있게 됐다.또 통합채용포털에 사전 등록해둔 어학성적 확인서를 정부24에서 발급받을 수 있고,pc방 토토 신고통합채용포털을 통해 검증된 어학성적 출력도 가능해졌다.

인사처는 공공기관 등에서 사전등록 어학성적을 활용하는 절차도 대폭 간소화했다.그동안 공공기관 채용담당자들은 채용에 필요한 어학성적 유효 여부를 공문 등을 통해 확인받았지만 앞으로는 담당자가 직접 지원자의 어학성적 정보를 행정안전부(e하나로민원) 서비스를 통해 조회할 수 있게 됐다.이로써 공공기관 채용을 위한 행정처리 시간이 줄어들어 합격자 발표 등이 빨라질 것으로 예상된다.

박용수 인사처 기획조정관은 "취업준비생의 부담과 공공기관 채용담당자의 애로사항 등을 해소하기 위해 '어학성적 사전등록 서비스'를 보다 편리하고 다양하게 개선했다"고 말했다.
