(창원=연합뉴스) 정종호 기자 = 올해 3차례 입주가 지연된 1천100여세대 규모의 경남 창원시 현동 공공아파트 건립사업과 관련해 하도급사 채권단과 입주예정자들이 사업 발주처인 경남개발공사에 대책 마련을 촉구했다.

하도급사 채권단과 입주예정자 등은 10일 오후 창원시 성산구 경남개발공사 옆 인도에서 집회를 열고 "경남개발공사와 상급 기관인 경남도는 피해 대책을 마련하라"고 요구했다.

이 공공아파트 건립사업 시공사는 남양건설로,파워볼 숫자 확률지난달 자금난으로 법정관리를 신청한 이후 법원이 자산동결 조처를 내린 상태다.

자산이 묶이면서 남양건설 측은 경남개발공사에 아파트 공사 진행이 어렵다고 통보한 상황이다.

이때문에 경남개발공사는 지난달 창원 현동 남양휴튼 아파트 입주예정자들에게 올해 3번째 입주 지연 안내를 했다.
