서울시설공단,연금복권 720 세금여름철 폭염·집중호우 대비해 종합대책 가동

(서울=연합뉴스) 최윤선 기자 = 서울시설공단은 본격적인 여름철을 맞아 '2024 여름철 종합대책'을 추진한다고 17일 밝혔다.

폭염과 집중호우 등 여름 이상 기후로 인한 재난에 선제적으로 대응해 시민 안전을 확보한다는 취지다.

우선 폭염에 대비해 8월 말까지 강변북로,연금복권 720 세금올림픽대로 등 자동차전용도로 12곳을 대상으로 집중적인 살수 작업을 한다.물 청소차 12대를 동원해 하루 평균 3개 노선씩 식히는 식이다.

청계천과 서울어린이대공원,연금복권 720 세금서울시립승화원 등 다중 이용시설에는 시원한 휴식 공간을 확대 운영한다.

집중호우에 대비하기 위해서는 공단이 관리하는 지하차도 등에 진입 차단 시설 24개와 침수 감지 장치 44개를 설치했다.청계천 진입로·출입로에도 원격 차단시설 7개를 추가 설치한다.

12개 자동차전용도로와 서울 시내 25개 지하도상가 등 수해 취약 지역을 중심으로 수방 방재시설에 대한 집중 안전 점검도 벌인다.

한국영 서울시설공단 이사장은 "시민이 안전하고 건강하게 여름을 보낼 수 있도록 종합대책을 빈틈없이 추진할 것"이라며 "앞으로도 이상 기후로 인한 재난에 선제적으로 대응해 시민의 안전을 최우선으로 지키겠다"고 말했다.
