그런데 아무리 기다려도 상품은 오지 않았습니다.

[A씨/피해자 : '입고가 늦어졌습니다,입고가 완료되면 14일부터는 될 거고 18일에는 무조건 배송이 완료될 것입니다'라고 했고…]

불안한 마음에 환불을 요청했지만,그마저도 거부당했습니다.

B씨도 상황이 비슷합니다.
