부동산 프로젝트파이낸싱(PF) 영향에 저축은행의 수익성과 자산건전성이 악화되자 신용평가사들이 올해 16개사에 대해 신용등급이나 등급전망을 강등했다.

30일 금융투자 업계에 따르면 신용등급을 받고 있는 30여 곳 중 절반인 16개사의 신용등급이나 등급전망이 올해 하향됐다.나이스신용평가는 최근 OSB저축은행의 신용등급을‘BBB(부정적)’에서‘BBB-(안정적)’으로 강등했다.키움저축은행과 고려저축은행은 신용등급 전망을‘A-(안정적)’에서‘A-(부정적)’으로 낮췄다.

한국기업평가도 저축은행 7곳의 등급과 전망을 내렸다.이달 말 웰컴저축은행의 신용등급을‘BBB+(부정적)’에서‘BBB(안정적)’으로 낮췄다.모아저축은행과 NH저축은행 등에 대해서도 기존 등급을 유지하면서 등급 전망을 부정적으로 강등했다.

이는 부동산PF 부실 우려가 커지면서 익스포저(위험노출) 비중이 큰 저축은행의 수익성과 자산건전성이 낮아졌기 때문이다.업계에서는 부동산 PF 사업성 평가 결과가 실적 등에 반영되는 하반기에 저축은행 신용등급이 재차 대거 조정될 가능성이 있다고 보고 있다.
