(서울=연합뉴스) 전성훈 기자 = 신세계그룹 계열 전자상거래 플랫폼 G마켓·옥션은 다음 달 1일부터 '신세계 유니버스 클럽' 혜택을 대폭 강화한다고 30일 밝혔다.

우선 기존의 12% 할인쿠폰을 15% 할인쿠폰으로 업그레이드했다.1만5천원 이상의 구매액 조건을 없애고 할인 한도도 3천원에서 5천원으로 늘렸다.100원짜리 상품을 구매해도 할인받을 수 있는 셈이다.

또 1천원 정액 쿠폰을 없애는 대신 최대 3천원까지 할인되는 10% 쿠폰 3장을 제공한다.이 쿠폰 역시 구매액 조건 없이 자유롭게 사용할 수 있다.

이에 따라 다음 달부터 멤버십 회원은 G마켓과 옥션에서 각각 15% 할인쿠폰(최대 5천원) 1장과 10% 할인쿠폰(최대 3천원) 3장 등 총 4장의 쿠폰을 받게 된다.

최대 1만원까지 할인되는 5% 쿠폰 제도는 그대로 유지된다.

이번 할인쿠폰 개편으로 멤버십 회원은 기존의 2배 가까운 금액 할인 혜택을 받을 수 있다고 G마켓은 설명했다.제공되는 쿠폰을 모두 활용하면 매달 최대 4만4천원을 절약할 수 있다.

멤버십 회원은 이외에 스마일배송 무료배송,오늘의퀴즈이달의 브랜드 전용 15% 중복 할인쿠폰,오늘의퀴즈음식 배달 쿠폰,오늘의퀴즈도서·항공권 할인 등의 다양한 전용 혜택을 누릴 수 있다.

G마켓과 옥션은 멤버십 혜택 강화에 맞춰 다음 달 1∼7일 '신세계 유니버스 클럽 위크'를 열고 모든 멤버십 회원에 최대 1만원까지 할인되는 7% 중복 쿠폰을 무제한 제공한다.

한 카드로 누적 합산 7만원 이상 결제 시 총 결제금액의 7%(최대 1만원)를 스마일캐시로 제공하는 적립 이벤트도 있다.

개편된 멤버십 혜택 및 프로모션과 관련한 자세한 내용은 G마켓·옥션의 모바일 애플리케이션(앱)이나 웹사이트에서 확인할 수 있다.
