전북 전주시 한 초등학교에서 학생이 교감에게 욕설하고 뺨을 때리는 영상이 촬영돼 당국이 대책 마련에 나섰습니다.

전북교사노조는 지난 3일 오전 전주 한 초등학교 복도에서 3학년 A 군이 무단 조퇴를 막아선 교감에게 폭언과 욕설을 하며,수 차례 뺨을 때리는 일이 발생했다고 주장했습니다.

노조는 학생이 침을 뱉거나 팔뚝을 물고 가방을 휘두르기도 했다고 덧붙였습니다.

노조는 A 군이 결국 학교를 무단으로 이탈했고,학교 측은 이후 학교에 온 학생 어머니가 담임 교사를 폭행하는 일도 빚어져 경찰에 신고했다고 설명했습니다.

학교 측은 A 군에게 출석정지 10일을 결정했고,세르히오 아구에로충격을 받았을 같은 반 학생들에게 집단 상담과 심리 치료를 진행하기로 했습니다.

A 군은 다른 학교에서도 소란을 피워 몇 차례 전학한 걸로 알려졌으며,세르히오 아구에로같은 반 학부모들은 학교 측에 분리 조치 등을 요구해 왔습니다.

앞서 학교와 교육지원청 등은 A 군 학부모에게 지도를 요청했지만 받아들여지지 않았고,A 군에 대한 상담과 치료 역시 학부모 동의를 얻지 못해 진행하지 못했다는 입장입니다.

이에 전북교사노조는 아이의 치료가 시급한 만큼 지자체가 나서 부모의 교육적 방임을 인정해야 한다고 촉구했습니다.

현재 교권 침해와 학교폭력 사안으로 신고된 가운데 전주교육지원청과 전주시 등은 함께 대책 마련과 아동 학대 여부 등을 논의할 예정입니다.
