[수원=뉴시스] 이병희 기자 = 경기도와 경기도사회복지사협회가 사회복지종사자가 현장에서 겪는 인권침해,차별 등에 대한 피해 지원을 위해 '사회복지종사자 인권상담 창구'를 다음 달 1일부터 운영한다.

30일 경기도에 따르면 도내 사회복지종사자라면 누구나 상담 가능하며,언제든지 인권 상담을 받을 수 있도록 경기도사회복지사협회 홈페이지 온라인 상담 게시판(https://ggsw.kr)을 마련했다.모든 상담 내용은 철저히 비밀이 보장된다.

사회복지시설의 업무수행 과정에서 발생하는 인격권,자유권,평등권 등 다양한 인권침해에 대한 온라인 상담이 가능하며,경기도 인권센터 인권조사관이 직접 상담한다.또 '경기도 인권보장 및 증진에 관한 조례' 제22조에 따라 권리 구제 신청 및 조사도 가능하다.

마순흥 경기도 인권담당관은 "사회복지종사자 인권상담 창구를 통해 신속하고 효과적인 인권 보호와 구제가 가능할 것으로 기대하고 있다.사회복지종사자들이 겪는 인권 문제를 적극적으로 해결할 수 있도록 노력하겠다"라고 말했다.

한편,프로야구 라이브경기도·산하 및 공공기관·지원 단체·사회복지시설에서 발생한 인권침해 사건은 경기도 인권센터에 상담 및 구제 신청할 수 있다.당사자가 아닌 제3자 신청도 가능하며,상담 내용은 철저히 비밀이 보장된다.(031-8008-2340 / 031-120 + ARS 8,www.gg.go.kr/humanrights)
