(서울=뉴스1) 이세현 기자 = 한국토지주택공사(LH)가 발주한 건설사업관리용역 입찰 심사 과정에서 용역업체로 선정되게 해달라는 청탁을 받고 입찰 참여업체들로부터 수천만 원을 챙긴 직원이 재판에 넘겨졌다.

서울중앙지검 공정거래조사부(부장검사 김용식)는 5일 특정법죄가중처벌등에관한법률위반(뇌물) 혐의로 공기업 직원 이 모 씨(56)를 구속기소 했다고 밝혔다.

이 씨는 LH 발주 건설사업관리용역 입찰 심사위원을 지내면서,신봉동 미젠입찰에 참여한 경쟁업체 2곳으로부터 용역업체로 선정되게 해달라는 청탁을 받고 7000만 원을 수수한 혐의를 받는다.

이 씨는 더 많은 돈을 제공한 업체에 1등 점수를 부여한 것으로 조사됐다.
