어젯밤(1일) 강원 속초에서는 승용차와 부딪힌 오토바이가 보행자들을 덮치면서 4명이 다치는 사고가 났습니다.만취 상태였던 승용차 운전자는 현직 공무원이었고,월드컵 첫 해트트릭오토바이 운전자는 고등학생에 면허도 없었습니다.

멀리 길 끝에서 오토바이가 달려옵니다.

교차로에 들어서는 순간,월드컵 첫 해트트릭직진하던 승용차와 충돌한 뒤 튕겨 나갑니다.

이 오토바이,월드컵 첫 해트트릭길가에 서서 대화하고 있던 남성 세 명을 덮칩니다.

세 사람 모두 피하지 못했습니다.

[목격자 : '쿵' 하고 되게 굉음이 났거든요.'어 무슨 소리지' 하고 있는데 조금 있다가 바로 구급차가 되게 많이 왔어요.경찰차도 오고.]

사고는 어젯밤 10시 15분쯤 강원 속초시에서 났습니다.

길가에 서 있던 60대 3명 가운데 1명이 심정지 상태로 병원에 옮겨졌습니다.

호흡과 맥박을 회복했지만 여전히 중환자실에서 치료받고 있습니다.

오토바이 운전자도 크게 다쳐 응급수술을 받았습니다.

나머지 보행자 2명은 가벼운 상처를 입었습니다.

40대 승용차 운전자는 양양군청 소속 6급 공무원으로 확인됐습니다.

혈중알코올농도가 면허 취소 수치인 0.128%였습니다.

[강원 양양군청 관계자 : (오늘) 출근하셨다가 제가 알기로는 반차 내고 들어가신 거로 알고 있거든요.]

오토바이를 몰던 18살 고등학생은 무면허 상태였습니다.

[김용한/강원 속초경찰서 교통과장 : 운전면허는 있는데 2종 소형 면허증은 별도로 따야 하거든요.]

경찰은 일단 음주운전 혐의로 승용차 운전자를 입건했습니다.

오토바이 운전자와 보행자들도 건강을 회복하는대로 불러 조사할 예정입니다.
