(서울=연합뉴스) 이상서 기자 = 여성가족부는 13일 제37차 양육비이행심의위원회(위원회)를 열어 양육비 채무 불이행자 139명을 제재 대상자로 결정했다.

제재 유형별로는 출국금지 128건,운전면허 정지 50건,리치몬드 제과점명단공개 2건이다.

이 가운데 최다 양육비 채무액은 1억7천895만원이었고,리치몬드 제과점평균 양육비 채무액은 5천916만 원이었다.

제재가 시행된 2021년 7월 이후 제재 대상에 오른 사람은 2021년 27명,2022년 359명,리치몬드 제과점2023년 639명,2024년 1∼8월 612명 등 총 1천637명이다.

이 기간 이들을 대상으로 내린 제재 유형은 명단공개 89명,운전면허 정지요청 633명,출국금지 요청 915명이다.

이날 위원회에서는 양육비 채무 불이행자 제재 절차 간소화에 따른 업무 처리 규정 개정안도 안건으로 상정돼 원안대로 의결됐다.

신영숙 여가부 차관은 "각 분야의 전문성을 가진 신규 위원과 함께 양육비 선지급제 입법 추진과 양육비 이행확보를 위한 제도 개선을 위해 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다.
