앞으로 의료용 마약류의 남용을 막기 위해 투약 이력 조회가 의무화됩니다.

의사나 치과의사는 앞으로 펜타닐 성분의 의료용 마약류를 처방하기 전,환자의 지난 1년간 투약 내역을 반드시 확인해야 합니다.

주현지 기자의 보도입니다.

지난해 서울 강남에서 약물에 취한 채 롤스로이스 차량을 몰다 행인을 숨지게 한 운전자.

이 남성의 몸속에선 약물 7가지가 검출됐는데,김광현 토토병원 여러 곳을 돌며 쇼핑하듯 마약류를 처방받아 투약했던 것으로 조사됐습니다.

이 같은 의료용 마약류 오남용은 계속되고 있습니다.

실제로 펜타닐 정제와 패치제의 처방 또는 투약 건수는 최근 3년 사이 연간 100만 건을 넘어서는 것으로 집계됐습니다.

이에 따라 식약처는 오는 14일부터 '의료용 마약류 투약 내역 확인 제도'를 시행합니다.

제도가 시행되면 의사와 치과의사 등은 의료용 마약류의 처방전을 발급하기 전,김광현 토토환자의 지난 1년 치 투약 내역을 의무적으로 조회해야 합니다.

투약 내역 확인 대상은 그동안 오남용 중독 사례가 다수 확인된 펜타닐 성분의 정제와 패치제입니다.

투약 이력을 확인하지 않고 펜타닐 성분의 의료용 마약류를 처방하면,김광현 토토과태료 부과 등의 처분을 받게 됩니다.

다만,김광현 토토긴급한 사유가 있거나 오남용 우려가 없을 때,암 환자의 통증을 완화하기 위한 경우 등에는 내역을 확인하지 않아도 됩니다.

식약처는 투약 내역 확인 제도의 대상이 되는 의료용 마약류의 성분과 품목을 늘려나갈 계획이라고 밝혔습니다.
