지난해 전체 수주 금액 40% 초과삼성바이오로직스는 미국 소재 제약사와 역대 최대 규모인 1조4637억원(10억6000만 달러)의 위탁생산(CMO) 계약을 체결했다고 2일 공시했다.지난해 전체 수주 금액(3조5009억원)의 40%를 초과하는 수준이다.

이번 계약은 지난해 6월 체결된 투자의향서(LOI)의 본계약이다.1년여 만에 LOI 대비 1조3164억원(9억4749만 달러) 증액된 규모로 체결됐다.고객사 및 제품명은 비밀유지 조항에 따라 공개되지 않았으며,야구 효과음계약 기간은 2030년 12월 31일까지다.

삼성바이오로직스는 이번 계약을 통해 만 6개월 만에 연 누적 수주금액 2조5000억원을 돌파했다.지난 3월 첫 계약을 시작으로 글로벌 제약사와 총 7건의 계약을 체결했으며,야구 효과음이 중 6건은 고객사가 기존 계약의 생산 물량 등을 늘린 증액 계약이다.삼성바이오로직스는 현재 시가총액 기준 글로벌 상위 제약사 20곳 중 16곳을 고객사로 확보하고 있다.

삼성바이오로직스는 증가하는 바이오의약품 수요에 신속하게 대응하기 위해 오는 2025년 4월 준공을 목표로 18만L 규모의 5공장을 건설하고 있다.5공장이 완공되면 삼성바이오로직스는 총 78만4000L의 생산능력을 확보한다.

품질 측면에서는 지난 6월 기준 누적 규제기관 승인 건수 278건을 기록하고,야구 효과음지난해에는 99%의 배치(Batch) 성공률을 기록하는 등 의약품 제조·관리 전 과정에서 품질 경쟁력을 입증하며,야구 효과음다수의 성공적인 트랙레코드를 확보하고 있다.

또한 비즈니스 포트폴리오 확장을 위해 ADC(항체 약물 접합체) 전용 생산시설을 건설 중으로 연말까지 가동 준비를 마칠 계획이다.
