해당 영상은 충주맨 김선태 주무관이 순환 버스 안에서 한 남성의 어깨에 기대 잠든 모습을 담았다.

영상의 마지막에는 '자도 됩니다.순환 버스 도입'이라는 문구가 떴다.

앞서 지하철에서 옆자리 남성 승객의 어깨에 기대 곯아떨어진 이준석 의원의 모습이 온라인에 올라와 화제가 된 바 있다.

충주맨의 영상은 이를 패러디하며 순환 버스 도입을 홍보한 것으로 보인다.

이 영상에 이준석 의원은 "이준석 유튜브 채널은 충주시 유튜브와 합동 방송을 언제든지 환영합니다"라는 댓글을 남겼다.
