[헤럴드경제=유동현 기자] 전세사기 피해자에 대한 주택담보대출비율(LTV)과 총부채원리금상환비율(DSR) 등 대출 규제 완화 조치가 1년간 연장된다.

금융위원회는 26일 정례회의에서 '은행업 감독규정' 등 5개 규정의 일부 개정안이 의결됐다고 밝혔다.

전세사기 피해자 지원을 위한 대출 규제 완화 조치 기한이 도래함에 따라 해당 조치를 내년 6월 1일까지 1년간 연장하는 취지다.

이에 따라 전세사기 피해자들은 거주 주택을 낙찰받거나 신규로 주택을 구입하는 경우 완화된 LTV·DSR 규제를 적용받을 수 있다.

구체적으로 전세사기 피해자들에 대한 주택담보대출은 4억원 한도 내에서 DSR과 총부채상환비율(DTI) 적용이 제외되고,마이애미 야구피해주택 경락자금의 경우 낙찰가액 전액(100%)을 대출받을 수 있다.

일반 주택구입 목적 주담대의 경우 비규제지역에 한해 LTV 규제가 80%까지 완화된다.
