[이코노미스트 이병희 기자] 서울 용산구 나인원한남이 200억원에 거래되면서 공동주택 역대 최고 매매가를 경신했다.1일 국토교통부 실거래가 시스템에 따르면 전용면적 273.94㎡인 용산구 나인원한남 1층이 지난달 4일 200억원에 팔렸다.

2021년 같은 단지 273.41㎡가 84억원에 거래된 것과 비교하면 3년 만에 가격이 2.5배가량 가격이 오른 셈이다.이번 거래가격은 2006년 실거래 가격이 공개된 이후 공동주택(아파트·다세대·연립주택) 기준 역대 최고수준이다.

직전까지 공동주택 최고 거래가격은 서초구 서초동의 연립주택‘트라움하우스 5차’였다.2021년 10월 전용면적 273.64㎡가 185억원에 거래됐다.아파트로는 용산구 한남동 파르크한남 전용면적 268.67㎡가 지난해 8월 180억원에 매매됐다.오피스텔 가운데서는 송파구 신천동의‘롯데월드타워앤드롯데월드몰’(시그니엘 레지던스) 전용면적 483.96㎡(68층)이 작년 11월 240억원에 거래된 바 있다.
