도박꾼의 오류 - 2024년 실시간 업데이트

[앵커]

우리나라 아동의 과체중·비만율이 점점 늘어 20%를 넘어선 것으로 나타났습니다.

심각한 정신건강 문제를 겪는 아동도 증가했는데요.

주중 앉아있는 시간이 늘고,도박꾼의 오류스트레스를 많이 받는 아이들이 늘어난 것이 주된 원인으로 분석됩니다.

김민경 기자의 보도입니다.

[리포트]

보건복지부가 '2023 아동종합실태조사' 결과를 발표했습니다.

2018년 이후 5년 만에 실시된 전국 조사로 지난해 9월부터 12월까지 전문 조사원이 전국 18세 미만 아동을 양육하는 5천 7백여 가구를 방문 조사하는 방식으로 이뤄졌습니다.

조사결과,도박꾼의 오류우리나라 아동의 체중이 점점 증가해 과체중과 비만을 합친 비율이 20%를 넘어선 것으로 나타났습니다.

특히 9세에서 17세 소아·청소년의 비만율은 2018년 3.4%에서 5년 만에 14.3%로 크게 증가했습니다.

아동의 수면 시간이 줄고 주중 앉아있는 시간이 크게 늘어난 게 주된 요인으로 추정됩니다.

아동의 정신건강은 전반적으로 개선됐지만,정신건강 고위험군은 오히려 증가했습니다.

실제로 스트레스를 대단히 많이 받는다고 밝힌 아동의 비율은 1.2%로 5년 전보다 증가했습니다.

심각한 우울감을 경험한 아동도 4.9%에 달했습니다.

아동의 여가는 친구와의 놀이나 독서보다 사교육이나 전자기기 이용 비중이 높아진 것으로 나타났습니다.

8세 이하 아동의 스마트폰 등 전자기기 이용 시간은 2018년보다 약 1.4배 증가했습니다.

반면 TV 시청과 책 읽기 활동은 모두 감소했습니다.

보건복지부는 조사에 나타난 비만율과 정신건강 지표 등을 고려할 때 아이들의 신체 활동과 놀 권리를 강화할 필요가 있다고 강조했습니다.
