유명 유튜버 쯔양에게 사생활을 폭로하겠고 협박해 돈을 뜯어낸 혐의를 받는 유튜버들이 구속 기소됐습니다.

검찰은 이들이 연합회를 조직해 SNS 단체대화방에서 계획적으로 범행을 공모했다고 보고 있습니다.

최인영 기자가 보도합니다.

구독자가 천만 명이 넘는 유명 먹방 유튜버 '쯔양'.

쯔양의 과거를 폭로하겠다고 협박해 돈을 뜯어낸 유튜버 '구제역' 이준희 씨와 '주작감별사' 전국진 씨가 구속 상태로 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.

이들은 지난해 2월 쯔양에게 "사생활 관련 의혹을 제보받았다"며 겁을 줘 5천5백만 원을 뜯어낸 혐의를 받습니다.

특히 이 씨는 2021년 10월에도 쯔양을 협박했고,포켓몬 룰렛 게임또 다른 인터넷 방송 진행자에게도 2천2백만 원을 받아 챙긴 것으로 조사됐습니다.

이 씨 등에게 '쯔양에 관한 폭로 영상을 올리기보다 직접 돈을 뜯어내는 것이 이익'이라는 취지로 조언한 유튜버 '카라큘라' 이세욱 씨 등 2명도 함께 재판에 넘겼습니다.

검찰은 이들이 2021년 말 자칭 '한국 온라인 견인차공제회'라는 연합회를 만들어 조직적으로 범행을 공모했다고 보고 있습니다.

이들은 범행이 드러나자 통화녹음 파일을 편집하는 등 조직적 증거인멸을 시도하고 쯔양을 비방하는 영상을 올려 2차 피해를 가하기도 했습니다.

검찰은 관련 고소장을 접수한 지 열흘 만에 이 씨 등을 구속하고 수사를 이어왔습니다.

검찰은 유튜버들에게 쯔양의 정보를 제보한 혐의를 받는 쯔양 전 남자친구의 변호인 최 모 씨에 대해서는 업무상비밀누설과 개인정보보호법 위반 혐의를 추가해 구속영장을 재청구했습니다.
