A씨는 지난 4월 15일 새벽 1시 30분쯤 교제 중인 여성과 말다툼을 벌이다 목졸라 살해한 혐의로 기소됐다.그는 2008년에도 살인죄로 징역 12년을 선고 받고 2019년 출소해 5년 만에 범행했다.
