SK하이닉스(000660)가 최고경영자(CEO) 지원 조직‘코퍼레이트 센터(Corporate Center)'를 신설했다고 24일 밝혔다.SK그룹에서 반도체 사업 관련 의사결정에 관여해온 송현종 담당이 사장으로 승진하며 수장으로 선임됐다.

SK하이닉스는 코퍼레이트 센터 신설에 대해 글로벌 인공지능(AI) 반도체 시장에서 SK하이닉스의 위상이 높아진 상황에서 곽노정 CEO의 의사결정을 다방면으로 지원하기 위한 차원이라고 설명했다.SK하이닉스는 AI 확대로 급부상한 고대역폭 메모리(HBM) 시장에서 주도권을 쥐고 있는 것을 비롯해 AI 서버 구축에 최적화된 고용량 DDR5 모듈,us 레체 대 ac 밀란 통계엔터프라이즈 솔리드스테이브드라이브(eSSD) 등을 내세워 글로벌 AI용 메모리 시장에서 경쟁력을 높여가고 있다.그룹 차원에서도 반도체부터 서비스까지 AI에 필요한 생태계를 육성하고 있다.
