영광 낙월 해상풍력 단지의 설비용량은 365㎿(메가와트)로 5.7㎿의 풍력 발전기 64기가 해당 수역에 들어설 예정이다.

지난 3월 착공한 낙월 해상풍력 단지는 2026년 6월까지 건설을 마치고 상업 운전에 들어갈 계획이다.
