[서울=뉴시스] 남빛나라 기자 = 방위사업청(방사청)은 9일 총 1조3000억원 규모의 K9 자주포를 루마니아에 수출하는 계약이 성사됐다고 밝혔다.

이는 한화에어로스페이스와 루마니아 국방부 간에 체결된 계약으로,설치없는 게임루마니아의 최근 7년간 무기 도입 사업 중 최대 규모다.

K9 자주포 54문,설치없는 게임K10 탄약운반차 36대,기타 계열차 및 탄약 등이 포함됐다.

K9은 세계 자주포 수출 시장에서 점유율 1위를 기록하며 높은 평가를 받고 있다.루마니아는 9번째 K9 수출국이다.

K9은 앞서 호주,설치없는 게임이집트,설치없는 게임인도,노르웨이,에스토니아,튀르키예,설치없는 게임폴란드,핀란드 등 8개국으로 수출됐다.

방사청은 "지난해 신궁에 이어 이번 K9 수출로 루마니아는 중유럽의 주요 방산협력국이 됐다"며 "루마니아가 획득을 추진 중인 차기 보병전투장갑차 사업도 수주하기 위해 한국 레드백 장갑차의 뛰어난 성능에 대한 홍보 등 다양한 수출지원 활동을 이어갈 계획"이라고 밝혔다.

석종건 방사청장은 "이번 K9 자주포 수출 성과를 바탕으로 향후 레드백 장갑차,설치없는 게임K2전차 등 지상무기체계와 방공시스템 등 유도무기 사업에서도 루마니아와의 협력이 확대될 것으로 기대된다"고 말했다．
