전삼노는 "1차 총파업 이후에도 사측이 대화 의지가 없음을 확인해 이날부터 2차 무기한 총파업을 선언한다"고 밝혔다.

전삼노는 사측에 △노동조합 창립휴가 1일 보장 △전 조합원 평균 임금 인상률 3.5% △성과급 제도 개선 △파업에 따른 조합원들의 경제적 손실 보장을 요구했다.조합원들에겐 "출근을 하지 않으면서 동시에 업무 연락을 받지 말라"며 파업에 적극적으로 참여해달라고 당부했다.전삼노는 파업을 지속해 생산 차질을 유발하겠단 의도다.

전삼노 조합원 수는 이날 오전 10시 기준 3만1400명으로,토토 꽁 머니 그래프 놀 검소삼성전자 전체 직원(약 12만5000명)가운데 25%를 차지한다.대부분이 DS(반도체)부문 직원들이다.

삼성전자는 "현재까지 생산차질은 없다"는 입장이다.
