시청역 참사를 일으킨 차량의 운전자는 68살.

버스운전을 오래 해 온 운전자였는데요.

고령운전자가 낸 교통사고가 증가하면서,정부가 고령 운전기사들을 상대로 3년마다 안전운전이 가능한지 검사하고 있는데 확인해보니 합격률이 99%에 달해 실효성이 있느냐는 의문이 제기됩니다.

시청역 참사를 일으킨 제네시스 운전자 68살 차 모 씨는 40년 운전 경력의 버스기사였습니다.

[운수회사 관계자 (음성변조)]
"버스 면허는 아주 오래전에 취득하신 걸로 알고 있어요.서울에서도 시내버스를 몇 년간 하셨었고요."

차 씨는 급발진을 주장하고 있지만,경찰은 부주의나 운전 미숙 가능성도 조사 중입니다.

차 씨처럼 65살 이상 버스,택시 기사들은 주기적으로 안전운전이 가능한지 자격 유지 검사를 받습니다.

운수업 종사자의 고령화가 가속화되자 지난 2016년 도입된 제도인데,65살 이상은 3년,70세 이상은 매년 받아야 합니다.

검사 내용을 확인해봤습니다.

화면에 오른쪽 또는 왼쪽 화살표가 나오면 버튼 눌러 방향을 맞추고,빨간 신호등과 위험 표지판이 나올 때,브레이크를 얼마나 빠르게 밟을 수 있는지 등 7개 검사를 하는데,이중 최하 등급 2개 받으면 불합격입니다.

이마저도 14일 뒤 재검사를 받을 수 있고,토큰 바카라 슬롯보증검사 횟수 제한도 없습니다.

"이제 검사를 계속 반복하다 보니까 학습 효과도 있고 그러다 보니까.'변별력이 없다' 그런 문제가 있어서‥"

MBC 취재 결과,실제로 작년 시험 합격률은 버스 기사 99%,토큰 바카라 슬롯보증택시 기사 98.6%였습니다.

버스 기사의 경우,토큰 바카라 슬롯보증1만 3,761명 검사를 받았는데,토큰 바카라 슬롯보증1만 3,624명이 합격했습니다.

4년 평균 합격률도 각각 98.91%,토큰 바카라 슬롯보증97.61%에 달했습니다.

정부는 오는 9월부터 고령 버스·택시 기사 자격유지검사가 변별력이 있도록 판정 강화 기준을 강화할 계획입니다.
