경기 안양시가 25일 평촌신도시 노후계획 도시선도지구 선정을 위한 공모를 시 홈페이지에 공고했다.

선정 규모는 4000호 내외 및 1~2개 구역을 추가 선정해 최대 6000호 규모에서 선정할 수 있으며,슬롯 메가웨이공고문에 제시된 평가기준에 따라 고득점 순으로 선정한다.

평가기준은 주민의 부담을 최소화하고자 별도의 정성평가 없이 정량평가만 시행한다.

시는 오는 10월 평가 및 국토부 협의를 거쳐 11월 선도지구를 최종 선정할 계획이다.이후 선도지구로 선정된 구역은 법령에 따른 특별정비계획 수립 절차를 진행하게 된다.

최대호 안양시장은 "선도지구가 평촌신도시에서 가장 먼저 재건축사업을 추진하게 되는 만큼,슬롯 메가웨이절차가 공정하고 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 노력하겠다"고 말했다.
