졸피뎀을 먹인 고객이 잠든 사이 집 안에 있던 1천만 원 상당의 고가 시계를 훔친 40대 피부 관리사가 징역형의 집행유예를 선고받았습니다.

법조계에 따르면 대전지법 11형사부는 강도 혐의로 기소된 40대 피부관리사 A 씨에게 징역 2년에 집행유예 3년을 선고했습니다.

A 씨는 지난 3월 18일 오후 3시쯤 평소 알고 지내는 피해자 B 씨의 요청을 받고 대전 서구 갈마동 B 씨 자택으로 출장 시술을 나갔습니다.

시술에 앞서 A 씨는 졸피뎀 10g을 탄 음료수를 B 씨에게 마시도록 했습니다.

B 씨가 잠든 것을 본 A 씨는 집 안에 있던 1천만 원 상당의 고가 시계 2개를 훔쳐 달아났습니다.

재판부는 "죄질이 나쁘고 과거에 사기죄 등으로 벌금형을 5차례 받은 전력이 있다"며 "피고인이 시계를 반환하고 합의금 1천만 원을 지급한 점 등을 고려해 판단했다"고 밝혔습니다.
