구독자 1040만 명을 보유한 유튜버 쯔양(본명 박정원)의 과거를 폭로하지 않는 조건으로 돈을 갈취했다는 의혹을 받는 유튜버 구제역(본명 이준희) 사건이 수원지검으로 이송될 전망이다.

15일 법조계에 따르면 수원지검 형사2부(정현승 부장검사)는 박 씨의 공갈 사건을 수사 중인 서울중앙지검 등 2곳의 검찰청에 해당 사건을 수원지검으로 이송해달라고 요청했다.

현재 이 씨에 대한 여러 건의 사건을 수사 중인 수원지검이 여러 검찰청에 흩어진 사건을 한곳에 모아 처리하겠다는 취지인 것으로 보인다.

수원지검은 "이 유튜버의 정보통신망법 위반(명예훼손) 등 5건을 수사 중"이라며 "실체를 밝혀 일괄적인 처분을 내릴 수 있도록 신속하고 엄정하게 수사하겠다"고 했다.

앞서 유튜브 채널 가로세로연구소는 박 씨가 과거 술집에서 일했다는 것을 빌미로 다른 유튜버들에게 협박당했다고 주장했다.

이에 박 씨가 직접 전 남자친구의 지속적인 폭행과 협박에 시달리며 강제로 술집에서 일하게 됐음을 밝히면서,대전 사회인야구사이버 레커(사회적 관심이 쏠린 주제로 콘텐츠를 만들어 올리는 사람들을 이르는 표현) 유튜버들이 2차 가해를 한 것이라는 의혹이 제기됐다.

그중 한 명으로 이 씨가 지목,대전 사회인야구서울중앙지검에 고발돼 수사 받고 있는 것으로 전해졌다.

한편 이 씨는 또 다른 명예훼손 등 사건으로 수원지법에 기소된 것으로 알려졌다.
