hy는 배달앱 '노크'를 론칭하고 서비스를 개시한다고 27일 밝혔다.

노크는 주문 중개 플랫폼이다.hy는 소비자의 합리적 구매활동을 지원하는 플랫폼으로 노크를 육성하며 지역 상권 활성화에 기여한다는 방침이다.사업으로 축적한 데이터는 로컬 배송에 강점을 가진 '프레시 매니저'와 협업 모델 구축에 활용한다.

노크는 서울 강서구에 한해 운영한다.이용 고객은 상점이 설정한 최소 주문 금액만 충족하면 배달료 없이 서비스를 제공받는다.첫 주문 시 5000원 할인쿠폰을 지급한다.

점주 부담도 낮췄다.업계 최저 수준의 수수료율을 적용하고 광고비와 가입비를 부과하지 않는다.고객 만족도를 기준으로 상점을 노출하며 평점은 배달 서비스와 음식을 분리해 운영한다.

가맹점 홍보 활동도 지원한다.유명 인플루언서의 상점 방문 콘텐츠를 제작해 앱을 통해 노출한다.합리적 운영 방식이 입소문을 타 지역 내 900개 상점이 입점을 마쳤다.

hy는 동네 정육점,재밌는 룰렛반찬가게 등 소상공인과 협업을 통해 신선식품,재밌는 룰렛비식품 영역까지 배송 영역을 확대해 나갈 계획이다.서비스 지역 확대도 검토 중이다.

hy 관계자는 "노크는 단순 중개 플랫폼이 아닌 hy 사업 영역 확장을 위한 중요한 역할을 수행할 것"이라며 "로컬 상권에서 발생하는 다양한 상거래와 부대 정보를 디지털화해 새로운 기회를 창출 하겠다"고 말했다.
