[헤럴드경제=유동현 기자] 상반기 상장사들이 발표한 자사주 매입 계획 규모는 2조2000억원으로 집계됐다.전년(1조8000억원) 대비 25.1% 증가했다.소각 계획 규모도 전년(2조4000억원) 대비 190.5% 늘어난 7조원에 달한다.

한국거래소는 10일‘2024년 상반기 기업 밸류업 프로그램 관련 시장동향’자료를 통해 이같이 밝혔다.자사주 매입 계획을 밝힌 기업들은 기아(5000억원),kbo predictions tomorrow쌍용C&E(3350억원),크래프톤(1992억원) 등이다.자사주 소각 계획을 알린 기업들은 SK이노베이션(7936억원),kbo predictions tomorrow삼성물산(7676억원),kbo predictions tomorrow메리츠금융지주(6400억원) 등이다.거래소 측은 주주환원에 대한 시장참여자 및 기업의 관심도 제고로 자기주식 매입·소각 규모가 큰 폭으로 증가했다고 설명했다.

상반기 배당액은 34조2000억원으로 전년(32조9000억원) 대비 3.7% 올랐다.코스피시장은 32조2000억원으로 전년(30조8000억원)보다 1조4000억원 늘었다.코스닥시장은 2조원으로 전년(2조1000억원)보다 1000억원 줄었다.

코스피 기준 상반기 외국인 누적순매수액은 지난달 말 기준 22조4000억원으로 집계됐다.거래소 측은 올해 코스피가 2800을 돌파하는 데 중요 역할을 했다고 설명한다.월별 기준 ▷1월(3조5000억원) ▷2월(7조9000억원) ▷3월(4조4000억원) ▷4월(3조4000억원) ▷5월(-1조3000억원) ▷6월(4조6000억원)이다.기관은 8조3000억원,kbo predictions tomorrow개인은 13조5000억원 규모다.

거래소 측은 향후 기관투자자가 벤치마크 지표로 활용할 수 있도록‘KRX 코리아 밸류업 지수’를 3분기 내 발표할 계획이다.4분기에는 지수 연계 상장지수펀드(ETF),파생상품 등 금융상품을 출시할 계획이다.더불어 상장기업 대상 간담회 및 교육 등 다양한 홍보활동을 할 예정이다.
