시는 2일 연제구 시청 국제의전실에서 BNK금융그룹,스타듀밸리 카지노 퀘스트기술보증기금과 '탄소저감 기술기업(기후테크 기업) 금융비용 전부 지원을 위한 업무협약'을 체결한다고 밝혔다.

협약은 탄소저감 기술기업의 과감한 투자유도를 위해 협약기관 간 유기적인 협업체계를 구축하고,스타듀밸리 카지노 퀘스트성장잠재력이 높은 탄소저감 기술기업의 금융비용을 공동 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.

이번 협약을 통해 BNK금융그룹은 탄소저감 기술기업을 위해 시중보다 낮은 저금리 전용 상품을 출시한다.시는 2년간 대출이자를 전액 지원하고 기술보증기금은 기술평가료와 우대보증을 지원한다.

이는 시의 전국 최초 대출이자 전액 지원과 기술보증기금의 기술평가료,우대보증 지원으로 금융상품 이용에 따른 기업의 금융비용 부담을 없앴다.

대출 규모는 매년 100억원 규모로 2년간 200억원이다.기업당 최대 5억원의 운전자금을 2년간 이자부담 없이 대출받을 수 있다.

지원 대상기업은 부산 소재 탄소저감기술 보유 중소기업으로,스타듀밸리 카지노 퀘스트기술보증기금의 탄소가치평가보증 탄소감축유형 중 외부감축기업에 해당해야 한다.

신청 및 접수는 기술보증기금을 통해 가능하다.기술보증기금에서 탄소가치평가를 받은 다음 8월부터 BNK금융그룹의 자회사인 부산은행과 경남은행에서 대출이 가능하다.

박형준 시장은 "이번 사업이 탄소저감 기술기업의 기술사업화 부담을 경감시키고 탄소저감 기술(기후테크) 산업의 발전을 가속화시켜,스타듀밸리 카지노 퀘스트부산이 먼저 2050 탄소중립 목표를 달성할 중요한 계기가 될 것"이라고 밝혔다.
