지난달 29일 자영업자 커뮤니티 '아프니까 사장이다'에는 '00을 뜯었는데 완전히 썩어있어요'라는 제목의 글이 올라왔다.

글쓴이 A씨는 "(OO을) 지난달 구입했고 유효기간은 내년 1월28일까지다.오늘 먹으려고 뜯었는데 갑자기 이상한 냄새가 나 자세히 보니 엄청나게 썩어있다"며 사진을 공개했다.

공개된 사진을 보면 용기 가장자리에는 액체가 고여 있고 또 다른 제품에도 상당 부분 시커먼 곰팡이가 쌀밥을 뒤덮고 있다.

A씨는 "쉽게 안 뜯길 정도로 완전히 밀봉돼있었는데 이게 무슨 경우인가"라며 "고객센터는 주말이라 연락이 안 된다.주말에도 일하러 사무실 나와서 밥 먹으려다가 입맛이 뚝 떨어져 다른 것도 못 먹겠다"고 적었다.

업체 측은 무균 진공 상태에서 제조돼 밀봉되기 때문에 유통·보관 과정에서 발생했을 가능성이 높다고 설명했다.
