서울 강남의 한 오피스텔에서 교제하던 여성과 그의 딸을 살해한 박학선(65)이 오늘(7일) 구속 상태로 검찰에 넘겨졌습니다.

서울 수서경찰서는 오늘 오전 박 씨를 살인 혐의로 서울중앙지검에 송치했습니다.

오전 7시 40분쯤 모자와 마스크를 쓴 채 경찰서 유치장을 나온 박 씨는 '이별 통보를 듣고 범행한 것이냐'는 취재진 질문에 "아니다"라고 답했습니다.

이어지는 질문에는 "죄송합니다"라고 말한 뒤 호송차에 올라탔습니다.

박 씨는 지난달 30일 오후 강남구의 한 오피스텔 6층 사무실에서 60대 여성 A 씨와 A 씨의 30대 딸을 흉기로 찔러 숨지게 한 혐의를 받습니다.

박 씨는 A 씨와 교제하던 사이로,스포츠분석학과A 씨의 가족이 교제를 반대하고 A 씨도 이별을 통보하자 앙심을 품고 A 씨의 사무실인 오피스텔에서 범행한 것으로 조사됐습니다.

박 씨는 우발적 범행을 주장하고 있으나 경찰은 폐쇄회로(CC)TV 영상 등 여러 증거를 토대로 사전에 계획한 범행으로 판단했습니다.

그는 범행 뒤 달아났다가 13시간 만인 이튿날 오전 서초구 남태령역 인근에서 경찰에 체포됐습니다.

경찰은 지난 4일 신상정보공개심의위원회 심의 결과에 따라 범행의 잔인성과 피해의 중대성 등을 이유로 박학선의 머그샷과 이름·나이를 공개했습니다.
