리모델링으로 최고 15층,바라카스 센트랄138가구 규모 재탄생쌍용건설은 서울 송파구 문정현대 아파트가 지난 6월 13일 사전자문에 이어 건축위원회 심의도 조결부 의결로 통과했다고 8일 밝혔다.

1991년 준공된 문정현대 아파트는 지하1층~10층,바라카스 센트랄1개동 120가구 규모로 수평·별동 리모델링을 거쳐 지하4층~10층(증축),바라카스 센트랄15층(신축) 1개동 138가구 규모로 재탄생 된다.15층 높이의 신축된 건물에는 추가 18가구와 커뮤니티 시설이 들어설 예정으로 추가된 18가구는 일반분양으로 조합원의 분담금을 줄이는데 활용될 계획이다.

문정현대 아파트 조합은 2022년 7월 시공사 선정총회를 통해 쌍용건설을 시공사로 선정했다.쌍용건설이 서울 송파구에서 국내 리모델링 아파트 최초로 일반 분양을 마치고 올해 1월에 준공한 송파 더 플래티넘(오금 아남 아파트)과 가락 쌍용1차에 이은 세번째 리모델링 추진단지다.

조합은 건축심의가 통과됨에 따라 8월중으로 권리변동계획수립과 승인을 위한 총회를 개최하고 9월 이후부터는 리모델링 허가 신청을 위한 동의서 75% 확보에 나선다.

최병수 쌍용건설 리모델링팀장 부장은 "건축심의 통과로 더욱 빠른 사업을 진행할 수 있게 됐다"며 "내년 상반기내에 사업계획 승인과 이주를 실시하는 것을 목표 추진중"이라고 말했다.

한편 쌍용건설은 2000년 7월 업계 최초로 리모델링 전담팀을 출범한 이래 현재까지 총 5개 단지 14개동 1302가구 준공실적을 보유하고 있다.올해 하반기에는 서울 수도권 유력단지 위주로 리모델링 사업을 수주 예정이다.
