3일 대구 중부경찰서에 따르면 지난달 21일 오후 1시 39분께 국민은행 남산동지점에서 근무하고 있는 정승혜 팀장은 만기 적금 1억3천만원을 수령하러 온 A(87·여)씨가 긴장하고 불편해하는 모습을 눈치챘다.

정 팀장은 A씨에게 적금 수령 후 계획과 보이스피싱 관련 여부를 확인했다.

A씨는 정 팀장에게 "모르는 사람으로부터 받은 카카오톡 링크를 클릭했고 이후 걸려온 전화에서 만기된 적금을 은행원들이 횡령하려고 한다는 말을 듣고 적금을 찾으러 왔다"고 털어놨다.

이에 정 팀장은 보이스피싱 범죄를 직감하고 곧바로 112에 신고했다.
