6·25 전쟁이 난 지 74년이 지난 현재,항저우 야구 금메달우리나라는 여전히 휴전 상태입니다.

최전방 지역의 민간인 출입도 엄격히 통제되고 있는데요.

장교를 사칭해 이 통제구역을 활보한 20대에게 법원이 징역형을 선고했습니다.

보도에 송근섭 기자입니다.

지난해 2월,항저우 야구 금메달최전방 지역인 강원도의 민간인 출입 통제선 검문소.

한 20대 남성이 본인을 '상급부대 장교'라고 소개한 뒤 검문소 통과를 요구했습니다.

이어 민통선 안으로 진입해 26분 가량 머물면서 휴대전화로 곳곳을 촬영했습니다.

철책선과 초소,병사 생활관 등을 누비면서 사진 22장을 찍었습니다.

하지만 이 남성은 장교도,항저우 야구 금메달현역 군인도 아니었습니다.

뒤늦게 이 사실을 파악한 검문소 병사들이 수색 끝에 이 남성을 붙잡았습니다.

남성의 정체는 이 지역에서 군 복무를 했던 28살 최 모 씨였습니다.

최 씨는 "군대 시절 좋은 추억이 있던 민통선을 방문해 인생의 전환점으로 삼으려고 했다"고 범행 동기를 밝혔습니다.

청주지방법원 형사1단독 권노을 판사는 군사기지 및 군사시설보호법 위반으로 재판에 넘겨진 최 씨에게 징역 6개월에 집행유예 1년을 선고했습니다.

권 판사는 "피고인이 의도적으로 경계근무 중인 군인들을 속이고 보호 구역에 침입했지만,항저우 야구 금메달이적 행위를 했다고 볼 만한 정황은 발견되지 않았다"고 양형 이유를 밝혔습니다.

최 씨는 이번 사건과 관련해,항저우 야구 금메달군사법원에서도 초소침범죄로 징역 6개월에 집행유예 1년을 선고받았습니다.

"장교"라는 한 마디에,항저우 야구 금메달삼엄한 최전방 지역 경계가 뚫렸던 상황.

최 씨 사건 이후,해당 군 부대는 오토바이를 타고 민통선을 무단 통과하려던 남성들에게 공포탄을 발사해 저지하기도 했습니다.
