[서울=뉴시스]임철휘 기자 = 이별을 통보한 전 여자친구의 집에 침입해 둔기를 휘두른 남성이 재판에 넘겨졌다.

서울서부지검 여성아동범죄조사부(부장검사 이정민)는 지난 11일 살인미수와 특수주거침입 혐의를 받는 20대 남성 A씨를 구속 기소했다고 13일 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난달 18일 오전 4시께 서울 서대문구에 있는 전 여자친구 B씨 집에 침입해 미리 준비해 간 둔기로 B씨 머리를 수 회 내리쳐 살해하려 한 혐의를 받는다.

A씨는 가상화폐 투자 손실로 채무가 늘어나고 가족에게도 소외감을 느끼던 중 B씨가 이별 통보를 하자 배신감을 느껴 범행을 결심한 것으로 조사됐다.

당시 머리를 크게 다친 피해자는 다행히 생명에는 지장이 없는 것으로 전해졌다.

검찰 관계자는 "피해자에게 주거지원과 심리치료,제주 토토네진료비 지원 등 피해회복에 만전을 기하고 있다"며 "피고인에게 죄에 상응하는 형이 선고될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.
