지난 10일 JTBC '사건반장'에 따르면 지난해 5월 부천시 체육회 소속 여성 팀장 A씨는 직원들과의 식사자리에서 남성 직원에게 신체를 접촉하고 볼에 입을 맞추는 행동을 했다.

A씨는 이 자리에서 "내 몸무게가 얼마나 무겁냐"며 한 직원의 무릎 위에 앉았다 일어서길 반복했다.다른 남직원의 목을 팔로 감거나 볼에 입맞춤을 한 모습도 보였다.

직원들은 A씨의 행동에 "갑작스러운 일이라 당황했고 기분이 나빴다"라며 "술자리 분위기상 화낼 수 없었지만 불쾌했다"라고 피해를 호소했다.

직원 증언에 따르면 A씨는 지난 9월에도 "남편이 출장 중이라 외롭다"라면서 직원에게 팔짱을 끼고 몸을 접촉했다.아울러 성적 의도가 담긴 발언도 했다.

한 직원은 이를 두고 "듣는 사람까지 수치스러웠다.외부 단체 관계자가 '저 사람 대체 누구냐',바르셀로나 지로나'미친 거 아니냐'라는 반응을 보였다"며 A씨를 비판했다.

결국 A씨는 부천시의회에 직장 내 괴롭힘,바르셀로나 지로나성범죄로 고발돼 정직 2개월의 징계를 받았다.현재 복직했으나 스포츠윤리센터 심의위원회에 징계가 부당하다며 신고한 상태다.
