수도권 레미콘 운송기사들이 운송비 협상을 요구하며 1일 무기한 휴업에 돌입해 건설 현장에 레미콘 공급 중단에 따른 파장이 우려된다.

전국레미콘운송총연합회는 오늘 성명을 내고 지난달 실시한 휴업 실시 여부 찬반 투표 결과에 따라 노조원들이 무기한 휴업에 들어간다고 밝혔습니다.

노조는 성명에서 "수도권 사용자 단체에 지난 4월 이후 수차례에 걸쳐 올해 수도권 운송료 협상을 요구했으나,컴투스 프로야구 2024 퀴즈 100회지난달 말 계약 종료일까지 협상을 회피하며 결국 운송 중단을 의도적으로 유도하고 있다"며 파업 돌입 배경을 밝혔습니다.

수도권 운송기사는 총 1만1천명 규모이며 이 가운데 8천400여명이 전국레미콘운송총연합회에 가입해있습니다.

레미콘업계는 레미콘 운송기사가 개인 사업자에 해당해 노동조합 지위가 인정되지 않기 때문에 조합과 협상을 진행할 수 없다는 입장입니다.

레미콘업계 관계자는 "이미 지난 5월과 6월에 각각 고용노동부 경기지방노동위원회와 중앙노동위원회가 레미콘 운송노조에 대해 적격한 노조가 아니라는 결정을 내렸다"면서 "이러한 결정에 따라 권역별 협상을 진행해야 한다"고 밝혔습니다.

레미콘 운송기사가 각자 소유의 레미콘 차량을 운행하는 운반사업자인 만큼 제조사와 운반사업자가 개별로 도급 계약을 맺어야 한다는 뜻입니다.

이 가운데 1일 현재 가동 운송 차량 수가 급감해 당장 건설 현장에서 수급 불안 우려가 제기됩니다.

레미콘업계 관계자는 "수도권 일부 지역만 공급되고 나머지는 어렵게 돌아가는 상황"이라며 "수급 차질이 우려된다"고 말했습니다.
