28일 서울중앙지법 민사합의25부(송승우 부장판사)는 송 대표가 가세연과 김세의 가세연 대표,스코티 셰플러강용석 변호사를 상대로 낸 소송에서 "피고들은 공동해 원고에게 1천만원을 지급하라"며 원고 일부승소로 판결했다.

재판부는 구체적인 판결 이유를 법정에서 설명하진 않았다.

가세연은 2021년 12월 말 과거 대법원에서 허위사실로 판단된 송 대표의 성매매 의혹을 다시 들추는 영상을 올렸다.김 대표와 강 변호사가 영상에 출연했다.

송 대표는 영상이 자신에 대한 모욕적 허위사실을 담고 있다며 7억원 상당의 손해배상 청구 소송을 내고 영상물 게재 금지 가처분도 신청했다.

2022년 3월 가처분 재판부는 영상이 이미 삭제됐다는 이유로 신청을 기각했으나 방송 내용이 허위라고 인정했다.
