(서울=뉴스1) 김민수 기자 = 경찰이 윤석열 대통령과 대통령실 직원들의 합창 영상을 풍자해 자신의 유튜브에 올린 가수에 대한 수사에 나섰다.

서울 마포경찰서는 11일 문화체육관광부 산하 KTV가 가수 백자 씨를 저작권법 위반 혐의로 고소한 사건이 접수됐으며,대통령배 전국고교야구대회 4강결과백자 씨에게 출석 조사를 통보했다고 밝혔다.

백자 씨는 지난 2월 윤 대통령과 대통령실 직원이 가수 변진섭 씨의 곡 '사랑이 필요한 거죠'를 부른 것을 '탄핵이 필요한 거죠'라고 풍자해 노래를 부르고,이를 자신의 유튜브 채널에 올렸다.

KTV 측은 이에 대해 저작권 침해라며 백자 씨에게 영상 삭제를 요청했다.백자 씨는 영상을 올린 지 사흘 만에 삭제한 것으로 전해졌다.

그러나 KTV는 지난 4월 백자 씨를 저작권법 위반 혐의로 경찰에 고소했다.
