(인천=연합뉴스) 김상연 기자 = 인천시가 신혼부부에게 하루 임대료가 1천원인 '천원주택'을 공급한다.

유정복 인천시장은 9일 저출생 극복과 신혼부부 주거 문제 해결을 위한 '아이 플러스 집드림' 정책을 발표했다.

인천시는 내년부터 인천시의 매입 임대주택이나 전세 임대주택을 활용해 신혼부부에게 1천호 규모의 '천원주택'을 제공할 계획이다.

천원주택은 예비 신혼부부 또는 결혼한 지 7년 이내 신혼부부에게 최초 2년,최대 6년까지 지원된다.주택 면적은 무자녀 65㎡ 이하,바카라 3만쿠폰1자녀 75㎡ 이하,바카라 3만쿠폰2자녀 이상 85㎡ 이하다.

하루 임대료는 1천원,바카라 3만쿠폰월 3만원 수준으로 민간주택 평균 월 임대료 76만원의 4% 수준에 불과하다.

이와 함께 자녀를 출산한 가구의 내 집 마련을 돕기 위한 대출 이자 지원 사업도 추진된다.

시는 현재 정부가 지원하는 신생아특례디딤돌대출(금리 1.6∼3.3%)과 연계해 0.8∼1.0% 상당의 이자를 별도로 지원해 전체 금리를 1% 수준으로 낮추기로 했다.

지원 대상은 2025년 이후 출산 가구로,바카라 3만쿠폰최대 대출금 3억원 이내에서 1자녀 출산의 경우 0.8%,바카라 3만쿠폰2자녀 이상은 1%의 이자를 지원할 방침이다.연간 최대 300만원을 지원받을 수 있으며 최대 5년간 지원된다.

소득 기준은 신생아특례디딤돌대출과 동일하며 부부합산 연 소득 기준은 내년부터 2억5천만원으로 확대될 예정이다.

시는 저출생·주거 정책을 안정적으로 추진하기 위해 중앙정부의 인구전략기획부 신설에 맞춰 시 전담 조직을 만들어 저출생 대응 정책을 추진할 계획이다.

앞서 시는 기존 출산·양육 관련 지원금 7천200만원에 더해 추가로 약 2천800만원을 지원해 출생부터 18세까지 총 1억원을 지원하는 1억 플러스 아이드림 정책을 마련해 추진 중이다.

유 시장은 "인천의 선제적 신혼부부 주거정책이 국가 출생 장려 시책으로 이어져 국가 차원의 저출생 종합대책이 마련되도록 힘쓰겠다"며 "선도적으로 저출생 극복에 앞장서겠다"고 말했다.
