전세보증금 반환보증을 운영하는 HUG는 집주인이 보증금을 제때 돌려주지 않을 때 자체 자금으로 먼저 세입자에게 반환한 뒤 2~3년에 걸쳐 구상권 청구와 경매를 통해 회수한다.이 과정에서 HUG가 경매에서 직접 낙찰받은 주택 1만가구를 전세로 공급하게 된다.

입주자 모집 공고는 매입을 완료한 주택부터 순차적으로 한다.

LH가 먼저 1600가구에 대해 이달 27일 입주자 모집 공고를 낸다.하반기에는 1200가구 입주자를 모집한다

HUG는 지난달 7일부터 이달 14일까지 경매 낙찰받은 주택 590가구에 대해 기존 거주자 퇴거 협의,메이플m 캐릭터 슬롯 수급주택 수리를 거쳐 다음 달 24일 입주자 모집 공고를 낸다.자세한 내용은 'LH 청약플러스' 또는 'HUG 안심전세포털'에서 확인할 수 있다.
