[사진 출처 = 현대건설]7월 전국에서 1000가구 이상 대단지 분양이 쏟아진다.수도권을 비롯해 지방 광역시 주요 지역에 공급될 예정인 만큼 수요자의 높은 관심을 받을 것으로 보인다.

3일 부동산R114에 따르면 올해 7월(6월 29일 기준) 전국에서 분양했거나 분양 예정인 1000가구 이상 대단지(임대 제외)는 13개 단지,총 2만3741가구다.

지역별로는 ▲경기 7곳,1만4271가구 ▲서울 2곳,2738가구 ▲대전 1곳,야구선수 서건창2561가구 ▲충북 1곳,1450가구 ▲충남 1곳,1416가구 ▲부산 1곳,1305가구 순이다.

앞서 올해 분양한 1000가구 이상 대단지는 청약 시장에서 높은 인기를 끌었다.

지난 5월 충남 아산시 탕정면 일원에 분양한‘더샵 탕정 인피니티시티 2차’는 총 1214가구 규모로 조성돼 1순위 평균 30.4대 1의 경쟁률을 기록했다.

이어서 6월에는 경기 평택시 고덕동 일원에 총 1138가구로 공급된‘고덕국제신도시 서한이다음그레이튼’이 1순위 평균 9.15대 1의 경쟁률을 보였다.

대단지 아파트는 부대시설과 인프라가 잘 갖춰져 주거 만족도가 높고,시공경험이 풍부한 대형 건설사의 브랜드 단지로 조성되거나 우수한 입지에 들어서 지역 대장주로 자리매김하는 경우가 많다.

거래도 비교적 활발하다.국토교통부 실거래가 자료를 보면 지난달 21일 기준 올해(1월~5월) 대전 유성구에서 가장 많이 매매 거래된 단지는‘엑스포(1994년 5월 입주)’로 총 54건의 거래가 이뤄졌다.이 단지는 총 3958가구의 대단지다.

동기간 서울 성북구에서는 총 2068가구의‘길음뉴타운 푸르지오(2·3단지 포함,야구선수 서건창2005년 4월 입주)’가 총 43건의 거래로 최다 거래량을 기록했다.

이달에도 주요 대단지가 공급을 앞두고 있다.현대건설은 대전광역시 유성구 학하동 일원 도안2-2지구에‘힐스테이트 도안리버파크’를 공급할 예정이다.

단지는 총 5개 단지,지하 2층~지상 최고 35층,야구선수 서건창총 51개 동,5329가구 규모이며,1단지(5블록,야구선수 서건창1124가구)와 2단지(4블록,1437가구) 2561가구가 1차로 공급된다.

포스코이앤씨가 부산광역시 사상구 엄궁동 일원에 선보이는‘더샵 리오몬트’는 오는 9일 1순위 청약접수를 진행한다.

지하 3층~지상 최고 29층,11개동,전용면적 39~84㎡,총 1305가구 규모로 이정 전용면적 59~84㎡ 866가구를 일반분양한다.
