서울 성동구 성수전략정비구역 4구역(성수4지구) 조합이 77층 규모의 초고층 재개발을 추진합니다.

설계사로는 440명(92.4%)의 찬성으로 '겐슬러-디에이그룹엔지니어링종합건축사사무소-한국종합건축사사무소' 컨소시엄이 선정됐습니다.

70층 이상이면 4∼5개 동으로 지을 수 있어 거의 모든 동에서 '파노라마 한강 조망'이 가능하다고 조합 측은 설명했습니다.
